Problem
The public couchbase-plugin repo README still reads like an actively developed plugin repo, giving no indication that the repo has been archived and is no longer where Couchbase connector work happens.
Root Cause
The repo was archived (DLPXECO-14489) without first updating the README, and Couchbase connector development has since moved off this repo.
Fix
Added a banner note at the top of README.md, matching the style used in the delphix/mysqllinux repo, pointing readers to the fully supported Couchbase Select Connector via the Delphix customer success team.
