The default model alias resolution (auto -> claude-sonnet-5) returned
"400 The requested model is not supported" -- not available on this
account's Copilot subscription tier. Pin to gpt-4.1, the model most
consistently available across Copilot plans, per gh-aw's engine reference
(engine: { id: copilot, model: <name> }).

The re-triggered live test of #6 got past auth (previous fix) but failed
in the agent step itself:

"unverified in practice" item flagged in PRD.md.
