Closes #123.

Updates the existing Cloud guide with all five available plans, pricing and allocations; single-region and multi-region HA boundaries; SLA measurement and credits; payment/provisioning and direct runtime connectivity; and the approved standard-workflow comparison table. Keeps Cloud Dev at 1 vCPU / 1 GB, $20 monthly cap and 0.25 standard workflows/sec. Explains the 30-day workflow-action estimate without making it a billing quota or universal capacity guarantee. Adds pricing/contact links and preserves the existing Dev measurement anchor.

Documentation-only change. Build, generated LLM content, focused page checks and publication verification are in progress.

Validation complete at ca19dc1: Node 24 production build passed, including route/link validation and regenerated canonical/2.0 LLM documents. All four PR checks passed. Focused Playwright checks at 1440 px and 390 px passed with no page errors or document overflow; wide tables remain independently scrollable. All five plan names, prices, benchmark comparison, and the existing #cloud-dev-capacity anchor are present. No separate Cloud benchmarks URL was added. Reviewed the complete one-file diff against the published pricing and customer-facing plan contract. Publication verification follows merge.

Published and verified live. Deployment passed for merged commit a32b396. The Cloud guide and both generated LLM bundles return HTTP 200 with the five-plan pricing, SLA, billing, and standard-workflow benchmark sections. Pricing and contact links also return HTTP 200. Local production build, desktop/mobile layout checks, and all PR checks passed. Issue #123 is closed.
