Summary

  • install the wasm-bindgen CLI version pinned by Cargo.lock before packaging
  • run wasm-pack in no-install mode so transitive dependency drift cannot break Rust 1.87.0 builds

Verification

  • actionlint .github/workflows/publish-test.yml
  • local WASM build, npm packaging, and runtime smoke with wasm-pack 0.13.1 and wasm-bindgen-cli 0.2.105
