Upgrade optional Devtools to Puppeteer 25, preserve CommonJS loading, and replace uuid with crypto.randomUUID. Fix context-scoped cookies, dialog listener counting and preload lifecycle. Keep BiDi response errors observable through delayed fulfillment and cleanup, with regression tests and compatibility notes.
