this approach won't work ublue-os/bazzite#5566

uupd needs to be invoked as root.

feat(just): use uupd for system upgrades v2
cab3619 
Pros: no bash, works without a password as long as the user is part of
the wheel group

Cons: Ctrl+c/closing the terminal doesn't work as it's not forked from
the shell, typical systemd output like showing the date + hostname
