Added a single variable for the github-handle

Fixes #7781

What changes did you make?

• Added a github-handle variable for Mya Stark within the existing mapping
• Used spaces to align the github-handle variable under the variable name
• The value of the github-handle variable is null

Why did you make the changes (we will use this info to test)?

• The added github-handle variable will eventually replace both github and picture variables
• The main goal of this refactor preparation is to reduce redundancy in the project file
