Since v0.17 the server refuses to start with pending migrations. The Railway quickstart does not say how they get applied. One sentence noting the template's pre-deploy command, linking the migration guide.
The
outpost-startertemplate now setsoutpost migrate apply --yesas the Outpost pre-deploy command, mounts the Redis volume at/bitnami(was/var/lib/rabbitmq), and setsREDIS_AOF_ENABLED=yes.
