super nit: (not blocking) Move the ### Changed section above ### Fixed. Keep a Changelog, which line 5 cites, orders sections Added, Changed, Deprecated, Removed, Fixed, Security. Readers scanning several releases lose the fixed section order.

Cut 0.2.0: ambient HOTDATA_* env fallbacks, DST-correct convert_timezone, HotSQL/Hotdata branding sweep. Version bump + changelog + lockfile only; 75 tests pass. Will tag v0.2.0 on the merge commit.
