actions/setup-nodeuses to the commit currently referenced by the trustedv4tag while retaining the version comment for dependency tooling.Security impact
A mutable major tag can change after review. Pinning the full commit makes the CI dependency immutable and prevents an upstream tag move from silently changing code executed in this repository’s workflows.
