This change adds support for Linux Mint to the chezmoi configuration. - Refactors `.chezmoidata/packages.yaml` to separate Fedora, Linux Mint, and common packages. - Adds a new installation script `run_onchange_install-packages-linuxmint.sh.tmpl` to handle package installation on Linux Mint using apt and custom scripts. - Updates the main installation script `run_onchange_install-packages.sh.tmpl` to include the new Linux Mint script based on the OS release ID. - Translates the Fedora package list to their Linux Mint equivalents, including handling of virtualization packages and third-party repositories for VS Code and Google Chrome.
