• Admin + user guides retargeted for Codex (/hooks trust, ChatGPT web)
• README Features / Verify / Recovery / Usage for APR
• VENDOR.md Vendored modules section + .github/scripts/sync-modules.mjs

Installing the plugin does not trust the hook — users must /hooks after codex plugin add.
