Overview
Release 0.83.0 bumps package version metadata and refreshes the pinned OpenAPI spec hash.

The functional change is browser telemetry for managed auth connections: clients can pass optional browser_telemetry when creating or updating a connection and when starting login, using the same shape as create-browser (enabled plus per-category browser flags). Sync and async connections resources wire the field through request bodies; ManagedAuth now includes browser_telemetry on read. Generated param/response types and connection tests’ “all params” cases were updated accordingly.
