Test plan

  • Confirm pnpm exec rui-changelog @mendix/data-widgets (from packages/modules/data-widgets) now reports hasUnreleasedLogs: true with these 2 entries.

PRs #2420 and #2382 merged after the data-widgets-v3.11.5 release branch was cut,
but a later changelog-sync commit swept their entries into the already-published
[3.11.5] section instead of [Unreleased]. 3.11.5's tag/build predates both PRs, so
this restores them as unreleased.
