The MEP-8 page (Configurable Filesystemlayout) had slug, title, and sidebar position referring to MEP-7, which is actually a different, declined proposal that only exists as a pull request. Adds @docusaurus/plugin-client-redirects so external links to the old /community/MEP-7-configurable-filesystem-layout-for-machine-allocation URL keep working.
