Problem when running under Windows Docker

When I run your image under Windows, I got this:

ERROR: for fba827e757e5_docker_kong_1 Cannot start service kong: OCI runtime create failed: container_linux.go:348: starting container process caused "exec: "run": executable file not found in $PATH": unknown

Any idea ? It seems under Linux we must execute with sudo, but in Windows when executing as Admin doesn't change anything :(

Another question: What/where is the executable "run" please ?
