Overview
Updates the lockfile to js-yaml 4.3.2 (from 4.3.1), a patch release that backports merge-sequence limits and tighter accounting for empty mappings in merges to reduce CPU abuse when parsing YAML.
The bump propagates through @eslint/eslintrc (3.3.6 → 3.3.7) and refreshes get-tsconfig (4.14.1 → 4.3.3) on the tsx optional dependency chain; there are no application source changes.
