Summary
The current MCP UI Sample - WeatherAppServer is not working properly. It was showing an error and not displaying the data.
Motivation and Context
This change will fix the issue and weather app server will work properly

The sample is tested with MCP Inspector and VS Code - GitHub Copilot.
