feat(app): standardize scientific summaries across canvas pages

Summary

• normalize scientific identity during data import and preserve it across workflows and project round trips
• derive scientific summaries consistently from importer identity, field descriptors, and active plot bindings
• consolidate shared information across multi-panel canvases and associate remaining details with panel labels
• separate generated scientific summaries from user-authored page and panel notes
• align canvas controls and terminology with the unified summary model
• update the English and Simplified Chinese user guides
• document the ownership rules for scientific summaries in AGENTS.md
