A newer version of postcss exists, but since this PR has been edited by someone other than Dependabot I haven't updated it. You'll get a PR for the updated version as normal once this PR is merged. |

Update PostCSS from 8.5.15 to 8.5.28, including source-map loading fixes and subsequent regression fixes, with its required nanoid update to 3.3.18.
Resolve the stale C++/vcpkg commit against the newer implementation already in main. The final diff against main changes only
bindings/js/package-lock.json. Localjust check-jspassed, including lint, types, WASM/package builds, tests, and the browser example. GitHub Actions checks the published commit.
