Create maps/openshift-enterprise with a navigation map and one empty category map per documentation category. The 20 category maps correspond to the category tabs in "OCP categories sliced for map import.xlsx" (excluding the Everything, Needs human intervention, and Pruned tabs). Install and Migrate are added on top of those, since both are categories in "Product documentation categories" but have no tab in the spreadsheet. Include order in navigation.adoc follows "Product documentation categories". Validate, Networking, and Storage are not categories in that document, so they trail Reference pending a decision on where they belong. Symlinks match the microshift map layout: _attributes and modules point at the repository roots, and jobs points at the shared maps/jobs pool. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
