Add DeploymentExecutionSummaries documentation

Document the deploymentExecutionSummaries status field on OpenStackDataPlaneNodeSet in the data plane conditions and states reference. Remove the old condition example from the baremetal provisioning docs as it is already covered in the conditions and states reference.
