Restores /blog/ietf-internet-draft-pilot-protocol at its exact old path — the page was removed in sweep #186 but still pulls 648 imp/28d while 404ing. Recreated from the pre-sweep version, verified against the live drafts (draft-teodor-pilot-protocol-01 and draft-teodor-pilot-problem-statement-01, both on the Datatracker), reframed for 2026 with the current agent-standards conversation (A2A v1.0, Linux Foundation Agentic AI Foundation, Agent Name Service draft). Standalone .astro — no blogPosts.json/nav changes.

Also: one-line guardrail cleanup in how-pilot-protocol-works.astro ('88% of networks involve NAT' -> 'Most real-world networks involve NAT') while adding an interlink to the restored page there and in a2a-agent-cards-over-pilot-tunnels.
