Add the /learn/ pillar on AI agent discovery: the three sub-problems, the emerging registry taxonomy (IETF ANS draft, A2A Agent Cards, centralized vs DHT/gossip registries), and Pilot's directory model (name + tag + trust). Adds the /learn/ pillar on AI agent discovery targeting the 'ai agent discovery' query: the three sub-problems (address resolution, capability matching, trust), the emerging registry taxonomy (IETF Agent Name Service draft, A2A Agent Cards, centralized vs DHT/gossip registries), and Pilot's directory model (name + tag + trust, discovery decoupled from handshake trust).
Interlinks both directions with /blog/ai-agent-discovery-process-p2p-networks (pos 44, needs authority) and /blog/how-ai-agents-discover-each-other. Lives under /learn/, intentionally unlisted until launch.
