Infra

• Infra as Code: set up pulumi #240

Production Readiness

• PIX: replace PIX key with correct value (Bank Account)
• Contact: Create contact form in the /contact page
• Transparency: simplify code with 1 page only with sode scroll
• Transparency: adjust links to make sure they are pointing to the correct urls
• Blog: GO/NO-GO - NO-GO (out of MVP scope)
