… sync test The relative ../../inst/ path only exists in a source checkout; under R CMD check tests run from querychat.Rcheck/tests/ where inst/ has been installed away, so the test errored whenever the canonical shared/ copy happened to be reachable (i.e., the skip didn't trigger). Also refresh cran-comments.md for 0.4.0, documenting the 403 from platform.openai.com as bot-blocking rather than a broken link.
