Add a Raspberry Pi 4B tab to the Radxa Display 8 HD usage page (zh/en), based on the official radxa-displays-on-raspberry-pi repository guide: FPC wiring to the 40-pin GPIO, DKMS driver install and config.txt overlay. Fixes radxa-docs#519

Users asked how to use Radxa Display 8 HD on Raspberry Pi; the official driver repo already documents this, but the docs page only covered Radxa SBCs (4C+/5A/5B, 3A/3C/4SE). This change closes the gap with a link to the canonical upstream guide.
