Add the backlight physical parameters table (LED current/voltage, luminous intensity, lifetime) to the Radxa Display 10 FHD product page in both zh and en, sourced from the official product brief (radxa_display_10_fhd_product_brief_Revision_v1.3.pdf). Fixes radxa-docs#491
