v1.20.0

The new package-manager input for GitHub and GitLab, and packageManager parameter for Azure, let you disable management for all or selected package managers. These inputs require Vite+ 0.3.1 or newer.

The node-manager: false setting now preserves package-manager management on Vite+ 0.3.1 and newer.
