Summary
This PR migrates the template from standalone Rsbuild, Rslib, Rstest, Rslint, and Prettier commands to the unified Rstack CLI. It consolidates library, test, lint, and formatting configuration in
rstack.config.ts, updates the playground and VS Code integration, and removes redundant direct tool dependencies.Related Links
