Impact on codebase: This repo consumes two workflows from scality/workflows: claude-code-review.yml and claude-code-dependency-review.yml. The intermediate releases only add new workflows (Release/Promote) and toggle the review model version (ending back at Opus 4.6). No interface changes to the consumed workflows.

CI status: Some checks still in progress at time of evaluation

Recommendation: SAFE TO MERGE (once CI is green)

Notes: Net effect is a no-op on the model version (4.6 → 4.8 → 4.6) plus availability of new Release/Promote workflows this repo does not currently use. Cannot auto-approve as PR author is scality-renovate[bot], not dependabot[bot].
