This PR updates our https://github.com/FAST-HEP/hugo-atom-layout submodule to its current
mainbranch, so that entry links in the Atom feed can regain the?utm_source=atom_feedquery parameter. Also, entries also now open with the post's frontmatter description as a blockquote when one is set.I raised both of these points when reviewing the PR in #715, and they were corrected in
hugo-atom-layout, but we just forgot to update the submodule to pick up the changes 😅
