Update Dockerfile with multi-stage targets for runtime and runtime-full, pre-installing Node.js, Python 3, uv, and bun in the full variant. Add a secondary 'runtime-full' Docker image stage pre-installed with Node.js, Python 3, uv, and bun for running STDIO backend scripts natively in the container, and update the CI/CD workflow to build and push both standard and full tag variants.
