I built this package from my earlier
snanmskmincontribution (#15103), whichhas an identical two-ndarray signature and follows the merged
stats/base/ndarray/dmskmax. I used AI assistance for that derivation.Example values were adjusted for absolute-value semantics and checked against
the JavaScript implementation.
I verified everything locally: the native addon compiles without warnings, all
18 native test assertions pass with results identical to the JavaScript
implementation, the C example and C benchmarks run correctly, and ESLint
reports no errors.
