I'm encountering an issue where newly created blank DOCX files get stuck in an infinite loading state when opened with the Document Viewer extension.
Steps to Reproduce:
Create a brand new, blank .docx file (either via VS Code's "New File" or externally).
Open the blank .docx file in VS Code with Document Viewer enabled.
The preview pane shows a gray background with a continuous loading spinner, and the document never renders ,that just like this image.
Expected Behavior:
The blank DOCX file should load normally, displaying an empty document ready for editing or preview.
Additional Context:
This only occurs with newly created blank DOCX files. Existing DOCX files with content load without any problems.
I've tried reloading VS Code and reinstalling the extension, but the issue persists.
VS Code version: 1.109.0
OS: Windows_NT x64 10.0.26100
