Updates Agent Knowledge to the current Eval release and narrows its pre-1.0 peer window honestly.

• 708 tests passed; 12 skipped
• typecheck and build passed
• package verification installed one Eval 0.149.0 copy
• 906 exports across six entry points remain unchanged
• Biome checked 224 files
