Adds a
./setup --host <claude|codex>script so simplify-codebase can be installed via tacite-cos's skill catalog (pnpm tsx scripts/install-skill.ts install).The setup script copies SKILL.md, agents/openai.yaml, references/, docs/, and LICENSE to ~/.claude/skills/simplify-codebase/ and ~/.codex/skills/simplify-codebase/.
