Remove stale top-level Settings sections AI, Code, and MCP Servers from valid_paths.json after the settings navigation moved those entries under Agents/Code umbrellas (Warp Agent, MCP servers, etc.). Validated with validate_ui_refs.py --all: 0 path/command/format issues.
