Idea for restructuring/renaming some parts of the WFO docs to fit #53 better.

On one hand it works because we're not necessarily describing architecture in these pages, but the framework provided by the WFO programme as a whole.
It also just seems strange to point new users to "Architecture" documentation, because that is usually documentation which goes very deep into the implementation of a project.
On the other, we did have the idea to fill the Architecture section with overarching documentation with pages like "Input Forms".
