Replace the step-by-step configuration fragments on the Kubernetes Explorer OpenTelemetry tab with a pointer to the Kubernetes Metrics setup guide and its maintained cluster and node Collector reference configurations. Also: - Add the Datadog site to the secret created in the Kubernetes Metrics setup, matching the site the reference configurations read. - Recommend the kubernetesAttributes Helm preset for custom Collector configurations that do not need custom metadata extraction. - Link Kubernetes Explorer from the OpenTelemetry integrations index and the Collector setup next steps.
Move the Kubernetes Explorer setup rewrite and the Kubernetes Metrics site fix to separate branches so this change covers only the requested navigation links.

What does this PR do? What is the motivation?
Kubernetes Explorer supports a native OpenTelemetry setup, but the page documenting it lives under Containers and wasn't linked from the OpenTelemetry section. Someone onboarding through the OpenTelemetry docs had no path to it.
This PR adds two entry points:
No content changes to the Kubernetes Explorer page itself.
